Our Medium‑Sized Business Resilience Retainer provides structured, proportionate business continuity and resilience support, tailored to organisations with 6 - 25 employees.

This service supports growing organisations that need clear, workable and defensible continuity arrangements, aligned to the way the business actually operates.


The retainer provides:

  • A structured review of business operations and dependencies
  • Identification of key risks, disruption scenarios and impacts
  • Development or refinement of business continuity arrangements
  • Clear roles, responsibilities and governance for disruption management
  • Ongoing support to keep arrangements current as the business evolves


The focus is on practical resilience - arrangements that support confident decision making under pressure, not documentation created purely for compliance.

How the Support is Delivered

Support is typically delivered through a combination of:

  • A defined onboarding or review phase
  • Follow‑up consultancy days across the year
  • Targeted support aligned to business change, growth or increased risk


The structure of delivery and number of days required is agreed following an initial discussion to ensure the support reflects your organisation’s size, risk profile and operational maturity.

Investment

  • £550 per consultancy day
  • Quoted based on agreed scope and level of support
  • Project based or retained options available


This approach provides access to senior, specialist expertise without the overhead or commitment of a full‑time internal role.
