Our Organisational Resilience & Continuity Support provides senior‑level, strategic business continuity and resilience consultancy for larger and more complex organisations.

This service supports organisations with 26+ employees that require robust, defensible and organisation‑wide continuity arrangements, aligned to leadership, governance and strategic objectives.

Support typically includes:

• Strategic review of organisational structure, operations and critical dependencies
• Assessment of key risks, disruption scenarios and cross‑functional impacts
• Development, review or enhancement of business continuity frameworks
• Clarification of roles, responsibilities and leadership decision‑making
• Governance, assurance and senior advisor support during periods of change or disruption

The emphasis is on embedded resilience - business continuity that informs leadership decisions and supports operational confidence, not standalone plans.

Support is typically delivered through:

• Strategic review or programme‑based consultancy
• Retained advisory support
• Targeted intervention aligned to organisational change, growth or risk escalation

The delivery model and number of days consultancy per annum required is agreed following an initial scoping discussion, ensuring the level of support reflects the organisation’s scale, complexity and risk exposure.
